2. Defined Scope of Use
All PeakForce Labs products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory environments. They are expressly prohibited for use in:
- Direct human or veterinary administration.
- Diagnostic or medical procedures.
- The production of food, cosmetics, or commercial drugs.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their research aligns with all local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Usage of International Nonproprietary Names (INN)
We utilize International Nonproprietary Names (INN) as established by the World Health Organization to identify specific chemical structures for research reference. These include:

- Semaglutide (C187H291N45O59)
- Retatrutide (C241H367N67O72S)
These designations are generic, non-trademarked identifiers used solely for scientific clarity regarding the underlying molecular identity.
4. Release of Liability
By procuring products from PeakForce Labs, you voluntarily release and discharge the company, its officers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the experimental use or handling of these materials. This release covers:
- Personal injury or property damage.
- Financial loss or incidental damages.
- Any complications arising from the deviation from “Research Use Only” protocols.
5. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to defend and hold PeakForce Labs harmless against any third-party claims, legal fees, or expenses resulting from your research activities, product misuse, or violation of this Agreement.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively within the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
7. Policy Amendments
PeakForce Labs reserves the right to update this Waiver at any time. Continued procurement of research materials constitutes an ongoing acceptance of the most recent terms posted on this website.
